At first I was sorely disappointed that she left the metal behind, but once I got over that I heard a huge Metric/Garbage influence in the sound so I'm starting to dig it. Not as much as I Disagree or Eat, but still pretty rad.



Though ultimately I preferred when she was a psychotic AI that seemed hellbent on man's destruction, but I have no idea why. Am I biased?

New poppy album is so vapid and boring... i wasn't expecting much based on the singles but i thought there still might be some more interesting cuts.



i don't even really care that she went away from metal/rock, it's just not that good. some of the tracks have almost nothing going on instrumentally and her vocals aren't exactly the type to carry a song

I kinda liked the single Hard despite it being pretty minimal instrumentally

Just heard Spit daaaamn goes hard af

Spit is her best recent track, goes so damn hard ... was really looking forward to a full album of that style and unfortunately she let us down again.

it's funny cause i never liked Poppy and I like the new one lol

the t/t (Zig) is fucking horrible though...

that Spit cover is outrageously fun
