When she says "Bless this Mess" all I can think about is Dance Gavin Dance. There is no alternative. For those that aren't fans of Dance Gavin Dance and Jon Mess:

The run from Violent Delights to Good Girls is unmatched in their discography tbh

I really like this album but yeah their debut was just on another level. Recover, Night Sky and Science/Visions back to back to back is just unreal

See some people saying the back half of this is worse but honestly Violent Delights -> Nightmares is great. The lyrics on these are so good
The only track I find myself glossing over is California, and even that's good

California is a highlight for me. The most skippable songs might be Lullabies and Nightmares (because it's a strictly worse Violent Delights). But nothing on here comes close to being as bad as Forever, My Enemy or Miracle from the last one.

Nooooo “Lullabies” is one of my faves, been stuck in my head all day.
Album is great, could be my fave by them overall.

He's a huge fan of 'Nightmares', particularly the chorus.

The lyrics on “Better If You Don’t” are so good. Great closer.
I drink and I think too much
I should quit one of the two
But I won't wish for luck
And I won't bother you
It's better if you don't care, but if you do
I won't follow you
Again…
