what's this got to do with the quality of this album being a sonic equivalent of a wet sock.

I found deep enjoyment in challenging works of art
however you guys went through in your mental to get through some of the harshest of black metal I’d say you could do the same for stuff like this. time and place factoring in of course.

But this offers near zero enjoyement for me. Then why bother? Life is too short for albums I don't like at all.

we all lived our lives differently and enjoy what we enjoy
like maybe you can’t dance to save your life and don’t completely vibe with most genres of dance music out there but can still appreciate (or accept and not necessarily enjoy)
just as much as I can appreciate dungeon synths but my life has me going out and about so much that I can’t sit down in a lone dark room in front of my computer and wonder about some dnd fantasy that the synths invoke out of me to get the most out of it. context for certain mediums do help.
as an example

life sure is short (pretty long actually we just can’t keep the memory to keep perspective for long) but we all have an hour to kill to discern what we like and don’t like about stuff. for sure this isn’t for everyone but no harm in diving in if we all consider ourselves critics in some capacity.

doof remind me again why you left the site after the last LI album thread
was it cuz they called you out like I called you out? or did you really have to satiate your OCD amount of ratings and comments so that no one can care about it? nothing against you bud you’re just way too easy.
