Idk what it is but I've never been able to get into the spazzy bleeps and bloops IDM stuff. I feel the same about half of Aphex Twin's discog. It sounds cool for a few minutes then quickly gets stale and annoying. Cool stuff though. I really enjoyed a couple tracks.

Over the years IDM & glitch are genres that became more and more important for me (just like doom metal), I can never get enough of all the small details and the atmospheres.
This is a very interesting album, there is much going on but at the same time I like the constant atmosphere in the background of every song on the album that helps to make the songs a bit easier to get into.
What also surprised me, I rated this album, then only 2 days later there's a review of it!

As I said the atmosphere in the background of every song is great, feels autumnal and especially futuristic, I can imagine myself being at a subway station at night with no one around, listening to this album.
