Lol what a weird take. It's one of the safest covers I've heard. Sounds nearly identical to the original with the exception of crisper production. I actually wish he would've taken more liberty with it and shredded it up bodom style. The little stuff they added in like the background choirs really made the song better though

Sorry, guys... The cover just really isn't good and you know it... Some guy I saw on youtube doing an entirely acoustic cover of the song ALL BY HIMSELF (i.e. no band) does a better job.

Me too man. I didn’t love extreme metal when I first heard it but the melodies that COB and COF added to the mix changed my views and got me in the door
None of my friends I went to gigs with were into Bodom but they were on a tour with Slayer, In Flames and Lamb Of God so I managed to persuade them to get tickets

Damn great lineup there. I saw Slayer, Lamb of God, Behemoth, Testament and Anthrax in 2018 and it was epic as fuck. Wish Bodom would've been there too lol.

Haha nice that must’ve been another ‘Unholy Alliance’ tour. Slayer did a great job for five or six years putting together sick line ups
