I have a lot of respect for Pelagic and saying they’re just pumping out bad Tool or The Ocean clones is ridiculous. Not many labels, if any, would tackle a project like the upcoming Lustmord one with that many great artists from diverse genres. Godflesh, Enslaved, Steve Von Till, Ihsahn, Bohren & Dee club of gore, Ulver etc. Crazy lineup. Some of the best artists on that label, like Karin Park, have absolutely nothing to do with metal either.

aluk, my response was to flug's comment about vaguely sounding sludge bands
I wasn't actually referring to every band on Pelagic, just the shitty Psychonauts and C R O W N s
They do have a number of dope artists signed for sure

Hypno5e is probably my favorite on Pelagic. This is the perfect label for Bruit.

I personally love A Distant Dark Source the most but Alba is a close second. They do not miss.

Haven't been this completely overwhelmed by a track in a while like The Machine Is Burning just did, I am speechless.

Same, man! It still floors me!
Also, special treat here - a live performance of the first track 'Industry' from Pelagic Records who are putting this album out on vinyl this April.
