how do you mean? the other one explores more twists and turns and feels a lot more psychedelic than this one. this one is more of a cerebral/meditative xp imo

you're clearly smarter than me cause I failed to see that lol, this synth drive shouts spacey psychedelic for me (and yap, definitely meditative!). I found hard to distinguish the tracks on Mass Cathexis (wirting dynamics etc)

but hey! I have only one listen on Mass Cathexis. I'm so interested in this I will insist on all their other stuff.

What can I expect on early Krallice?

I'm clearly not 3xD ;).

what I love about Mass Cathexis is that it manages to feel both choesive and chaotic at the same time. lots of small bursts of tempo-changes and the song structures toss you from riff to riff and back again without feeling all over the place. it's organized chaos. also think they completely nailed the mixture of abrasive in your face heaviness with more atmospheric leanings. I just absolutely love Mass Cathexis XD.

early Krallice is long songs that explore complex riffs that extend over many, many bars. more focus on repetition imo.

it's quite different to late Krallice but very, very good

listen to the bass here XD

Totally feel you, I'll shoot that one again right away after this one. I love to pause my frantic listening habits to focus on a band. For that I need to be unavoidably compelled. It's harder and harder these days and this guys did it with this one.

I know what you mean and hearing of new Krallice releases I hadn't heard has made me want to go back and relisten to some good ol' Krallice. this band really is unlike any other band in a good way.

Early Krallice is excellent. Dimensional Bleedthrough, Diotima and Years Past Matter are all fucking sick

This one is even more lofi and kvlt than Go Be Forgotten, kinda feels like a follow-up to that one with a similar aesthetic and the same logo from that album.
