Turn Out the Lights will always have emotional staying power for me, 2017 was a rough year in a lot of ways and it was my introduction to her music



but this has a lot going for it that didn't show up on the first few listens, and whew Julien's a good lyricist

My least favorite of hers, but solid. I like that she changed up her sound with a full band, which makes it more listenable than her others but sacrifices some of that intimate emotion those had. Favor is my favorite. Some other highlights are Heatwave, Ringside, and Faith Healer.
