Wooo party!!! thoughts so far:
- this is not a good eating album
- nice artwork though
- there are 6 songs but Nocte only has 5 scrobbles lmao what a poser
- the band are really talented but i would like it if the guy sang more like Ben Howard. this could have been the best indie folk album since Better Oblivion Community Center. instead it is merely the best italian metal album since that Nero di Marte thing last year

i checked the Listeners You Know tab on a whim and was appalled
last.fm gets everything with 98% accuracy and my 200,498 plays are 98% accurate as such. you'd better do some explaining (ESPECIALLY as 60% of your plays are for one song, meaning that half the album doesn't even show up holy shit!!)

Something I often experience with disso-death, esp this and Ulcerate, is that even when the drums are fast, the music tends to plod along alongside them.
'You just blast ahead while we meticulously deconstruct these weird chords.'

Disso-death? There's a lot of stuff I'm lukewarm towards but Khariot, Abiotic, Aevangelist, Ingurgitating Oblivion and Heaving Earth are all bands I generally don't like.
There's a few ~disso~black metal bands I'm not keen on either like Dodecahedron.

True but I'd encourage a worship of synthwave (best genre ever) and force jacq etc. to write reviews praising something melodic. In fact I think it'd be torture for them you could probably hear the cries of 'THIS IS TOO MELODIC! FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU' etc. from miles away.
