I had 3 last summer Octagon, 2 of them I managed to make them get out, 1 had to die.

lol Dewinged that reminds me of when I had a huntsman (about 4-5 inches across) in my room and I just let him chill in there, until one night I was going to sleep and I noticed him creeping along the floor towards my bed and it freaked me out a tad.
I caught him in a container and put him outside in the garden and thought nothing of it, but the same spider showed up in my room the night after, and then the night after that. He must have been getting in through the same gap somewhere. It was definitely the same spider as the brown huntsmans in Queensland rarely get that big.
After the third night I relocated him a good 100 meters from my house and across the road and said "I've never killed a huntsman before but if I see him a fourth time he's gonna get squished". Thankfully he didn't show up again lol
