This is definitely like way out in left field avant-garde (blackened?) dm. I mean it's probably the best album I've heard in years. I'd say give it a shot personally, worst that can happen is u don't dig

But yeah idk if you'd dig it for sure. It seems a little polarizing. You either think it's the best thing since sliced bread or you don't like it

Ok, if I don't dig I will run over the next dog I see with my bicycle and it will crunch and know intuitively whose fault it was (not mine!)

If it's not on spotify it might as well be released in a F.Y.E .....on Mars.

I don’t know how much you actually dig dissonant dm and such but at the very least I think you’ll appreciate some of the technical aspects and ambition that went into it

and oh no! throwing out an anticipatory rest in pepperonis for that doggo

wonky dissonant death can be quite hard to get into at first, but oh is it worth it

Liking the strong Obscura and Ved Buens Ende vibes. Sound engineering is spectacular.

With a BM background, I think this has some Esoteric Warfare era Mayhem in it. Sadly I don't feel hooked by this.

tbh its possible. later mayhem has always been a bit closer to this kind of dm than most people seem to give it credit for. it could also be that they both have the same underlying influences though (gorguts? and/or whoever else)
