If that was coming from anyone else I’d be rather confused right now.

weird that this of all options in their discog has a relatively low rating. band was never great imo but this is one of the better albums. everything up until and including Apple O' is decent

^ not a fan of Milk Man then? That one’s my favorite
|
| |
it’s... ok just not a fav of mine. I find it a less interesting approach compared to most of their earlier stuff
it’s one of their best rated on rym tho so the majority of fans probably would side with you

is this a good thread to be in
|

>in fact it’s quite possibly one of the most inaccurate on the entire site.

lol, at least it wouldn't be as taxing as Buckethead's discog
|
| |
I mean, yeah lol
|
| |
buckethead funding research for a real life hyperbolic time chamber so that he can literally create more music than anyone could listen to in a lifetime

Bull of heaven beat him to it

Most of their albums are so short that it's been p easy so far. No doubt things will pile up sooner or later :/

Apparently the total running time of Buckethead's solo discog is 167 hours and 9 minutes... that'd be one hell of a marathon to go through
|
| |
>Bull of heaven beat him to it
never listened to that, is it even real music
|
| |
I honestly hate discog running artists in general. It makes it less organic/more of a chore for me which in turn just makes me more critical of how it sounds compared to whatever my first fav album was while simultaneously being more passive to the actual material I'm digesting. In one ear out the other.
I have holes in the discogs of a lot of the well established artists I listen to because of that but also its like really easy to figure out what material is and isn't worth your time these days so some of those holes I never intend to fill.

"never listened to that, is it even real music"
Good question
|
| |
Bull of heaven have hundreds of albums and one of them is 3.343 quindecillion years long
|

>which in turn just makes me more critical of how it sounds compared to whatever my first fav album was
i wish i could turn that off lol
|
| |
Yeah it makes it really difficult to just enjoy something on its own merrits when ur subconsciously doing that. Just makes shit take a lot more work to get into when it doesn't need to
|
| |
well its difficult to enjoy things anyway so
