why is this album so wiggly

SIGN is bad because as Autechre fans we can joke that Oversteps is their secret masterpiece and believe our lie, but with this we just can't, it SUXXXX

i am a card carrying fanboy but I gotta admit, nothing has really grabbed me since Exai.

there are great tracks sprinkled throughout but Exai was the last “holy shit this is the best thing ever” Ae album for me.

yeah exai was peak. i thought elseq and NTS were almost as good, but these last two are only beating incunabula for me. excited to hear the new live sets though. seems like that's what they're more interested in these days
