"not sure if anyone caught this, but im pretty sure this is the only record where chino doesn't say any of the song titles explicitly. pretty cool imo"
Don't think he does it on Koi No Yokan either

Ahh man the amount of times I've watched that film stoned

I really think it might be the best film ever made. I don’t even really watch a lot of comedy because so much of it falls flat for me, but Lebowski never gets old.

Yeah, after the dust settles I think this will be on par with S/T for me. I appreciate that it has strong energy to it, but I just don't find myself returning to it the way I did KNY or Diamond Eyes. Hell, even Gore had a little more "personality" than this. Like... I don't even remember Headress.

People ~1:02 into Acid Hologram: fuck this album, no Stephen riffs
People ~3:10 into Urantia: fuck yes Stephen, you're back

Lol yeah I agree... feel like Stephen has waayyy more of a presence on Gore than he does on here despite him not doing a lot of writing on Gore.
And yeah that Uratia chug riff is hilariously overrated. Literally any other metal band does that and we're all clowning them for being generic... but because it's kinda unique for Deftones it's somehow good?

It’s good don’t criticize
I really just think it’s because it was unexpected. Like every time the song starts that riff hits me like a train.
