eric andre show would be haphazardly stuffed in a shoebox of the worst 5-10 i've ever seen alongside stuff like tim and eric, big bang, and corner gas

"ledd definitely check it it blew my mind lmao. still need to go back and watch more. i think ive seen 3 or 4 eps at this point, the most memorable at this moment being the starbucks ep"
if a couple eps out of context blew your mind you really need to watch from the start. there is an overarching narrative that starts to develop gradually across the show about nathan's personal life and they tie everything together in the most hilarious and clever ways

Is it like Borat in that there's a narrative tied together by various hidden camera sketches

@oct thats the meat of it, he keeps doing his business schemes the whole time but he like gradually starts having an existential crisis that is tied really well into his behaviour across the entire show

"Is it like Borat in that there's a narrative tied together by various hidden camera sketches"
basically the premise is that he is a graduated business school student ("WITH REALLY GOOD GRADES") who is making a docu-reality series where he tries to help various struggling businesses with outlandish ideas. he is playing an exaggerated version of himself but most of the other people in the show think everything is real aside from crew and the occasional hired actor (dude who does archer's voice helps him in one ep)

a couple of the stunts he pulled on the show made international news when the show was filming. one ep he stages a pig rescuing a goat from a pond to draw attention to a struggling petting zoo and the video actually went viral and another ep he uses parody law to open a coffee store branded exactly like starbucks called dumb starbucks and that hit the news too and was successful until it got shut down by health and safety lol

Had some time to give it a shot and just watched the poo yogurt part and it had me dying. It's off to a fantastic start. I loved when he was badgering the taste tester lady if she had tried actual poo lmao.
