Amongst The Shadows And The Stones is a good one im diggin it alot a shame after that we have to listen to Bleed into Me and The Defiant , is like a kick in the balls.

I honestly don't really care about the loudness war that much, most problems in music production come from bad-sounding (mostly robotic/sampled) instruments, or awkward mastering. I mean, SitS was dynamic, but the drums legit sounded like all of it was 100% sampled, and there was very little energy throughout the entire record because of the production.

I'm actually kind of digging this after a couple passive listens. The Defiant is a pretty good track. Super easy-listening, for better or worse.

Endless Night is so much more fun than Bleed Into Me. Even though Endless Night is the Dying in Your Arms of TSATS its a fun song tbh. Bleed Into Me is more like Tze Heart From Your Hate level boredom
