I see what you did there and I want to play.
Top tier: Something Relative, Vaguely Satisfied, Strawberry Lite, Someone Else's Dream
High tier: In Light of Us, Tired Tower, Tomorrow Never Comes, Suzuki Dreams, The Day It Rained Forever
Mid tier: Green Shadows, Starmaker (although they are respectively 5/5 openers and closers)
Low tier: fuck right off

Damn I love Starmaker thought that would get more love.

first three tracks and Strawberry Lite are incredibly enjoyable. the rest not as much. pleasantly surprised to find a country-ish record I enjoyed as much as this one.

I always thought Green Shadows was a weak ass song and a terrible opener. I really love this record but Green Shadows is a hard entry point. The rest of the album though is really special.

Too much nonsense with the old ‘this pic is 100x100 plus and doesn’t fit the parameter wotsit’
What an absolute dick about.

"Tomorrow Never Comes" is sensational stuff. This record kept reminding me of Mac DeMarco's work (as I continually heard "Ode to Viceroy" in my mind while listening, which certainly isn't a bad thing). "Green Shadows", to parrot a few other people in this comment section, keeps me from giving this a perfect score. Easily one of the best records of the year.

I love this album dearly but the nitpick I have with it is that no song is on the level of Something Relative
Not a slight against those songs, just speaks to the strength of Something Relative, but still

I felt that way forever but somewhere along the way, Someone Else's Dream and Strawberry Lite joined that tier. I still think Something Relative is tops, but the gap isn't that wide. Vaguely Satisfied is also an ace.
