Pikazilla, by god, I sure cannot understand the way you rate albums. Not that I agree or disagree in particular with any of your ratings, just that they seem random.

I still think about how this review calls this album not very political every time I listen to it lmao. Kind of a weird take for an album about systemic poverty

I meant to change the way I worded that part but never got around to it, ha. What I was trying to get at was this felt like a nice break from all the albums coming out as a protest of sorts towards Trump. Shortly after hearing the new AJJ and Drive-By Truckers this felt more relatable on a personal level, rather than another album just geared against Trump. BUT I’m also broke af so that’s prolly part of it, lol. Just a different kind of politics and poor word choice on my part I guess

I think I understand the difference. It's a shame that artists think the only reason to rage is Trump.

I LOVED Schmaltz, this just never resonated very well with me, I wish it did like some of you because it should since I am a huge sucker for The Wonder Years, Smith Street Band, Menzingers

Yeah I liked this initially, but it doesn't have much staying power. Can only listen to lyrics like this for so long
