I agree, the line doesn't seem accusatory or anything, although they probably are keenly aware that bringing it up unprovoked could be inflammatory which is kind of a dick move. Don't really understand the context of those lines in the song, either. Doesn't seem like a huge deal but I don't get why it was integral to the song that they name-check Pinegrove. Hell, Stephen did way more to set things right than other artists in a similar predicament.
