i mean, it might marginally help them but the music they play is such niche market anyway i doubt they'd be much better known, as proven by their american contemporaries who aren't/haven't been necessarily much more popular than them either
you are also forgetting the popularity of metal in scandinavia, it's not really a hindrance at all on their promotion to hail from sweden
