Veteran is my most scrobbled album ever though so naturally I don’t really find the middle of the album to be straight filler the way most do

When this hadn’t come out yet i mentioned in the Veteran thread that it was possible that “Jesus forgive me” was better imho than anything off Veteran and I sort of feel the same now: the best songs on Veteran are absolutely delectable but the best songs on this are even better, and there are indeed valleys on Veteran that this lacks. just an incredible album
