3.5 would represent an improvement over HS so that’s feasible Pika.

Deranged for rock & roll is so goddamn good

"You do only one of two things - rate low or play the non-obvious. Maybe on Chelsea Wolfe you do the secon"
I'm sorry that have to rationalize the fact that we dont have much musical crossover in such a silly and easily disprovable manner. Seems childish. Ftr I have the former 3.5'd and the latter 2.5'd. And if u click my profile u can actually see a whole breakdown of my ratings.

Wherein you'll be shocked to discover that I do not have a disproportionate amount of low ratings. Quite the contrary. So you're perception is just a rationalization based on sheer coincidence

Upon first listen I enjoyed it, I'll have to give it another one later.

Imma copy that and paste it every time I get accused of lowrating shit

it's not "sheer coincidence" tho, it's that you both spend an immense amount of time commenting on albums you hate lmao
Deranged for rock & roll is easily my least favorite here. Repetitive, goes nowhere, trite and annoying

Deranged is amazing, you're tripping

Anybody else see Chelsea and Emma at Pasadena Daydream a couple weeks ago? I really wished they would've played the main stage. It was cool that Robert Smith asked them to play though

If I've only enjoyed her acoustic album, Unknown Rooms, would I enjoy this too?

It's hauntingly beautiful? The dude who talked about performing Pagan rites a couple pages back really hit the nail on the head with that description of the album

Her acoustic album? I don't know. It was the first album of hers I heard, and the only one I could sit down and listen to in full. I tried listening to Apoka-whatever and didn't get into it. Tried songs from some of her newer albums, but couldn't get into those either. I don't know why only that album resonated with me from her. I've even seen her live with King Dude, and that was awesome. She played a lot of those acoustic songs live.

@butt. See that's just an extension of the same silly kind of rationalization. You dont see me comment on the albums I love because you arent in those threads because we dont have musical crossover. It's not my fault that you guys happen to only listen to albums i don't like and cant grasp the rudimentary concept of perspective.

I just cant respect users who cant wrap their minds around this. I have literally hundreds of 5s. It takes exactly two clicks to discover that the notion that I hate everything is just a cheap deflection.
