I don't know those bands, but if they have any similarity with Noctambulist they should be interesting. The band I find closest to these guys is Altarage, but even so there are differences in style.

Yeah, this Ulcerates quite hard. Most similar for me is the abrasive phrasing of the vocals, even thou the voice itself is quite different. But really good album despite that flaw
