what's scary is that he can release something this trash and still get mostly positive press. how is he supposed to self-reflect and get back to making good music when the media are all yes men? he needs the kanye treatment of being ex-communicated by society

I don't know, he doesn't seem to be getting that much backlash from fans on social media, and the Fantano breakdown is bound to have more of an impact than faceless print critics. I don't know if I'm being optimistic, but I reckon people might like this a bit more -- not a lot, sure, but a bit more -- in retrospect.

I'm listening to this right now and I don't really hate it so far. Do You Remember gives me hope for the rest of the album. Hot Shower is hot garbage but other than that it's passable at worst.

eh, to each their own. right now i can't imagine this ever being higher than a 2.5 for me. fantano obviously was laying it on a little thick with that 0 rating, but a lot of his criticisms echo my own. i think the lyrics are distractingly awful, chance in general sounds awkward as hell on this, and the mashup of genres and ideas doesn't cohere

I don't know how someone couldn't laugh while listening to the t/t

That's more laughable than Hot Shower imo

I'm on the first skit and I'm starting to see the criticism. Besides "Do You Remember" being solid and "Hot Shower" being shitty the whole record is just... unremarkable I guess. I'm currently feeling a 2-2.5 somewhere. Like it's not outlandishly bad but it's most certainly not good.

Corniest album of the year. Not surprised this is trash since everything this guys released besides Acid Rap has either been mid or complete trash. Some people like to pretend like Coloring Book is decent but lets be real, that shit is ass too.

Might just check this out of morbid curiosity.

Acid Rap was cool but everything since has been kinda bad.

He's still collecting his 20% from Lil Wayne or whatever.

Ok, Big Fish might be one of the worst songs I have ever heard.

Most of this album isn't irritating though.
