i'm sure the tuning is drop C with the the low E down to G

I think it's 1.5 steps down and the low string is tuned down to G#. So double G# on the bottom

Mind you, they are one octave apart so it's not all as crazy as it sounds. But now that I think about it, even in 2020 that is a crazy tuning.
It's very similar to Them Crooked Vultures who have a few songs that are in standard but they drop the low E all the way to A, so you have double A on the bottom.
