This album is the first thing I've fallen in love with this year.

Ofc its only the most popular record of the year...but seriously, this is better then Flower Boy - his best album currently period.

It just comes down to taste, both are incredibly different in style.

I think from a production and songwriting standpoint my preferences lean towards FB, but I do understand the love/praise for the abrasiveness/experimentation going on in this one. Flower Boy is like some lucid dream it flows so well

I think from a sheer “how much do I enjoy listening to the album” perspective, Sowing’s got the right idea. Igor is streamlined down to the essentials of pleasure.

Flower Boy is so slow though. Songs drag honestly, like it's lovely but nearly to the detriment of pace - but it does match the undertone of depression of the entire album. But this shit here...bruh, this album is near perfect with all the charm left in.

This is so 60's production, that shits up my fucking alley HARD bruh, this'll only grow over the years man I already know some of ya'll ain't listening.

The numbers don’t lie and that’s why Igor sold more than cherry bomb and flowerboy combined in its first week

This album’s popularity is actually insane. 50 million plus hits on Earfquake in less than a month.

Ridiculous.

I change my mind, this is good. But I do not for the life of me understand people who think it's better than Flower Boy. And I still hate when Tyler sings, but I feel like it isn't as irritating here as it is on Glitter.

songs in FB feel crafted, while here they are barely "put together"... maybe not even that, sometimes.

don't get me wrong, i have my reservations with FB, too, it ain't perfect. But at least it showed some kind of progression towards a fuller sound for Tyler. This is more of the same ol' le troll-face tyler shit but now it's gay.

I genuinely think you are trying too hard to NOT like this album. Not well put together, are you kidding me?? This album flows like butter, get some new ears mane. Sure, Tyler still fucks around a lot, but that’s his thing and if he didn’t do that it wouldn’t be a Tyler album.

Like just listen to the last 4 tracks and come back with this “not well put together” argument.
