What makes the vocals so ‘80s? That’s kinda the sound of the whole album, but everything here is pretty unique and otherworldly too imo

At times yea, I would say this is most similar to Night and Demon out of all their albums. Mainly with the atmospheric goth sound, Gazpacho are pretty different overall being much more proggy and eclectic and dense.
