So this is pretty incredible. For a sound so usually homogenous and repetitive, this has a lot of variety to it. It didn't stick out so much my first listen, but upon second listen fully focused, I think I love this. Definitely hearing the Deafheaven / Gojira comparisons, but I think we can all agree that this is already more interesting than anything Deafheaven has done.

Personally I hear a lot more Enslaved than Gojira in this, but I read the comparison somewhere before and I get where its coming from. Its the overall vibe from those groovy parts that feel way more like the way Enslaved would do it. Whereas with Gojira its the center of their sound, with this its more as part of the song structure.

I hope they don't for your sake. I listen to most music at work too, but at some point they decided on a new restriction policy and like half the sites I visited most got blocked lol. I listen on my phone with Spotify though so that helps.
