Damn, that's cool as hell.
She does seem very down to earth, be a good interview I reckon.

I think the most famous people I’ve met so far are Synyster Gates and Johnny Christ from A7X, as well as Mike Inez and William Duvall from AIC

Mine was Jeff Walker from Carcass in my local pub, see him quite often tbh.
Really genuine guy, proper old school though haha.

the only exception is fantastic, c'mon now.
I played a year of fantasy baseball with this guy Johnny Thunder who used to date Hayley, and also was the original drummer of FUN. so thats cool

The Only Exception is basically the Paramore version of The Tourist by Radiohead (in terms of composition), so it’s awesome in my book

"Brighter" and "Brick by Boring Brick" would be my #2 and #3 then

Brick by Boring Brick is definitely a highlight here. I love the more punkish edge of that one... it's probably the most aggressive track on the album

Love the review. Album is a special one for me too. One of my entries into pop/punk similar to JEW's Bleed American so there is a ton of nostalgia here. And the album is pretty much perfect front to back.

Thanks! I appreciate it. Oddly enough, I never grew up with Jimmy Eat World. But I've been listening to them a lot as I've gotten older, so I guess I'm making up for lost time. They've definitely aged a lot better than many bands of their time
