I really hear the drudkh-ish stuff more on the first album though.. The way that it was basically a 2 rythm guitar tremolo fest. Not to put it down in any way because I really liked that album and I really like Drudkh but I feel like this album is a huge step forward for Vanum. Speaking of bands on Profound Lore whose names start with the letter "V", I am REALLY looking forward to hearing that new Vaura full-length. But yeah back to the main subject.. this fucking rules

1st LP was Drudkh worship true but the songwriting chops were there at least imo to make a really interesting album nonetheless.
I remember the last EP from them had these kind of Varathronian melodies which created this kind of uplifting majestic bm sound. Gotta check this, artwork is at leadt a 4.5
