Moved the needle juuust slightly, maybe to like 3.8 territory, but this still doesn't resonate with me the way it does with y'all.
Kinda disappointed with this year. There were a lot of albums I liked a lot but none that just emotionally overwhelmed me like Go Farther in Lightness in 2017 or Eve in 2018

Definitely a fair call, Eat Sleep Repeat is just pretty different from their recent output. Although it does have "The Last Time He Saw Dorie", which is top 5 Copeland for me

i dont really care for their older more generic indie rock tunes. this and Ixora are the only albums that really do anything for me. The maturity and growth in songwriting, mood, and ideas since the early 2000s really stand out to me
