Djamila is their vocalist, she does the hard and the soft singing, but Sam also contributes some harsh vocals in a couple of songs. 80% of the singing it is her though.

Old oathbreaker (new is more post-black), mortality rate, punch, exit order, gouge away, super unison, eaten alive, revenge season, nosebleed.

If you want more metalcore-y there’s always walls of Jericho and bloodlined calligraphy

There was a real huge influx of girls feeling confident enough to start playing in bands and the bro mentality of hardcore finally stepping aside and giving them the spotlight over the last couple years, it’s been sick.

They’re kind of all over the hardcore punk spectrum, some power violence, some straight hardcore, some post hardcore, some more metally. I’m sure you’ll find something you dig in there

Undying are definitely worthy of mentioning for core bands with female vocalist. The Whispered Lies of Angels is a forgotten classic imo.
