Shit guys, I just realized I have been lying to you. I think Still a Stranger is a jammin song. Them leaving that on the setlist as the only Blood song is Ahhmazing.

"I'm almost fully confident in thinking both Break Angels and Back Into The Sun are better than everything on both Blood and Burials and are some of my favorite AFI tracks. "

100%. The Winds that Carried Me Away and Back Into the Sun cast two very interesting directions they could take on the next LP.

Yeah, that Setlist is too good. It covers all of their albums except for pre-Black Sails.

Break Angels sounds a lot better live. Trash Bat indeed killed. No Miss Murder!

that setlist is amazing because they had to get the bad taste out of their mouth of the shitty setlist they were forced to play for KROQ Christmas from the previous night. We even got an "AFI Presented By Absolut Vodka" logo, because that is straight edge.. They had no choice but to embrace the punk inside them. This was the horrible setlist they had (first three songs were phoned in too)

Setlist for SD tonight was fucking incredible.

Strength Through Wounding
So Beneath You
Get Dark
Girl's Not Grey
Now the World
Synesthesia (Live debut)
17 Crimes
Trash Bat
Feed From the Floor
Sacrifice Theory
Back into the Sun (Live debut)
Endlessly, She Said
The Conductor
...but Home Is Nowhere
Silver and Cold

Encore:
Morningstar
Totalimmortal

I never thought I'd get to hear "...but home is nowhere" live, let alone Now The World and Synesthesia. I'm pretty sure that I've now heard all of Sing The Sorrow live, collectively. I got to hear my favorite off of The Blood Album AND Decemberunderground. And Back Into The Sun sounded fantastic live. Got to meet Adam and Hunter after the show as well. They actually hung around for quite a long time and chatted about a bunch of random stuff!

If they bust out some of the Crash Love b-sides I'm going to lose it.
