Someone said earlier the song kind of meanders, and I agree. I had my second listen while I was walking to work and after like 2:30 minutes, I forgot the song was playing. It just kind of came and went. I've had this feeling for a lot of the songs they've released so far. There's something that's not sticking with me for a lot of these. At this point, I'm just hoping it all ties together as a whole. I wish I never listened to any of the songs haha, and waited for the full album to release.

On one hand, Far Too Near keeps growing so that's cool. on the other, ugh the chorus is still so meh compared to the rest. it's overall a lesser Still A Stranger or Wild with some really nice instrumentation. would be hype live though, Davey sounds pretty commanding in the verse and I dig it

I've never been disappointed by AFI live, even if they play a song that I feel meh about. They almost always translate better live with their energy on the stage.

Far too Near and Looking Tragic I’m not fond of, but the other 4 singles have me holding onto high hopes

3rd best AFI song since CL probably. definitely better than all of Blood.

Greater Than 84 and Anxious are the only 2 that might make me regret that but new AFI hype is strong

I don't think Synesthesia is either, and some of the Crash Love B-sides. That "complete collection" is a lie.

AFI needs to do what Radiohead did and make an "AFI Library" type website with ALL their content ever, stored in one place.
