Trying my best to be, thank you for stopping by, every read means a lot.

Ended up re-discovering a deathcore band I lost track of that apparently went full melo/tech-death and I completely missed their album this year. Gonna probably review that in the future and keep the inspiration going.

One thing I did love on this one on 2nd listen is how playful and fun it goes, but the mood starts to turn in the middle (blame the sax as well) in a more serious introspective way. The sax is indeed delicious and these vocals are just so crazy versatile&varied that I'm still digesting them. Stoner Lemmy (or Matt Pike lol) going hardcore is indeed something else, but that's just one tip of the iceberg. Great vibes from tDEP, HoF and ETID and I bet many others. This was treat. They knocked it out of the park. 4.5 on it and I think it will stick.

Oh hell yeah DDD, now that's what I like to see. Their vocalist definitely goes for it all on this one, and his performance on their debut already had me sold.

"Perhaps the most notable addition to Zapruder’s fresh direction is the increased presence of the band’s saxophone player."

I read that line and middle-school me, playing saxophone but listening to a ton of post-hardcore, nearly lost his mind. Great review, definitely gonna spin this

Oh if you appreciate a good sax, this record has three moments in particular that are pure sexy sax action. I'm glad you stopped by, enjoy jammin'
