I highly, HIGHLY doubt we get a Vol. 2, honestly. As much as I hate to say that, you just know Billy and Co with have yet another fallout after or during this tour. I can just see it happening. Then in like 2021 we'll get another pumpkins record with Billy and another completely new pumpkins lineup, completely ditching the Shiny saga. And you know what? the album will be okay.

i mean, we did get a Teargarden Volume 2
& Oceania was technically Volume 3 so who's to say - surely Bill, Jimmy & James' relationship is stronger than that of him, some 19 yr old kid & a bassist hired to replace a replacement of a replacement

This is true... I suppose I'm just being obtuse and cynical. But, you've gotta be honest, you wouldn't be all that surprised if this whole "reunion" sort of crumbled over a relatively short period of time. I mean Billy says a lot of stuff and doesn't get it all done. He was filming a movie last summer or 2 summers ago in the midwest. I remember it being all over his facebook and snapchat. It was actually really neat and interesting and I hope that does get made at some point. There too was supposed to be a Monuments To An Elegy part 2. He claimed that second half was much darker, which sounded really appealing to me. Oh well, you just really don't know and you're ultimately just along for the ride with ol' Billy.

i think Alienation was actually a leftover from that last set of Teargarden songs. Easy to see from that why he considered it to be a failed set of songs

I don't think we'll get another Volume, not because I think billy will be so pissy about people not liking this that his ego will get hurt and he'll get bored and move onto a different concept because "we don't deserve a Vol 2"

A message to those who didn’t live it, for those who lived it..
Billy was always on the periphery despite delivering an era defining classic album
that still holds weight.
Billy is beyond the pale nowadays. Billy never got ‘it’.
William it was really nothing.

Billy remained the lonesome geek USA

Why do they have to overproduce it and master it so badly? Not that the music is that great anyway, but it would be better if it wasn't so dull and bland sounding.

Oceania was awesome - as was Machina!
Much better than this, but i need to give this a few more listens.
I really dont like Knights of Malta, so disappointed with that track
But there are some decent tunes on here for sure.

You fucks ever listened to Led Zeppelin II loud?

I have no doubts that this is terrible. They haven't had a single worthwhile album since Infinite Sadness
|

Only question is: is it Zeitgeist levels of bad?
|

Perhaps
