This is probably my favorite Metallica album. The only thing stopping this record from being a perfect 5 is the length of the longest songs. And Justice for All and To Live is to Die are a bit too long and drag on for a few minutes more than I can handle.



Other than that, wicked album.

The best Metallica album, by far





EDIT: I didn't mean "by far" because it's "clearly better" than MOP and RTL, I wanted to say that I

have no doubts about my personal choice, sorry for confusing

anyway, the three of them are 4.5/5 for me

in a drumming competition, at lest meg could probably pull off a classy minimalist solo, where as lars would just obnoxiously throw in as much snare and sloppy double bass as possible. however lars was definitely in his prime on this album.
