interesting, I'll give it a shot, thanks
Yeah I really wanted to like this album but it just bores me. They have no edge or contrast anymore and the mixing is really strange. Just not a fan. Not as big of a disappointment as Sunshine Dust but it's certainly up there. Oh well.

Yeah I really don't like this at all but the chuggy verse of we are the air won't get out of my head

Wish this album was a little heavier. Smartfriend is incredible though. I still prefer Inmazes.

Smartfriend is probably the worst track on this, the heavy stuff lets it down.

They needed more gas on this album sorry boys. Inmazes will always be their heater.
Thin Air and Smartfriend can make the playlist though.

Hahah he sounds like such a fuckin jerry at the start of Still

This is a pretty interesting blend of styles, and I enjoy it but I'm not sure if it'll stand the test of time and have me coming back to it.
Review is kind of misleading mentioning meshuggah and opeth, this brings to mind a ton of bands from multiple genres but neither of those would be among them IMO.

Still is decent but Smartfriend and Whaler are weak.

t/t is quite good, I may have overreacted to Smartfriend as at least it tries something vaguely interesting even if the execution is off, some of this is just straight up dull.

Smartfiend is bomb
y'all complain this album is not heavy enough - dislike the heaviest song on the disc
logic^

I’m not one of the people complaining about the heaviness though, some of the lighter moments are actually more engaging.

I had to register only to complain why nobody has compared this to Riverside. I prefer Inmazes way more to this, sounded fresher and original, this one is just too Riverside for me, and I love Riverside.
And agree with the weak throat singing and weird drum mixing, is very noticeable but not a big deal.
