This wasnt thaaat bad ive come to really like a lot of this especially in a live setting. I remember seeing people hate on marrow of a bone a lot before this album as their worst, which was also bullshit since that album rules, but the fanbase seems so fickle with whats considered good and bad, half of them adore this, other half think its shit lol. Phalaris previews sounded sick tho so im hyoed as fuuuck to listen

marrow is leaps and bounds better than this, and i think it's pretty generic, honestly.

Marrow has a lot of great tracks and energy on it. That, and Withering were my intro to DEG.
With how expansive their discography is, and how often they change their sound you're bound to have a split fanbase, and fans that will argue over albums.
