I like some ambient music & I get that sometimes it's not for overly intent listening, or you just have to 'feel it' - without meaning to sound pretentious, but it was hard to gain anything at all from sitting through this twice. It was maybe a little too minimal for my tastes.

Well, at least you both tried and that's all that matters! It's super mega minimal yeah. Do you guys know The Field? Also minimal, but also very Techno. Don't know if that's your thing at all, but I really enjoyed his 2018 record, Infinite Moment.

I really slept on this last year, don't know why it took so long to click. Love it and honestly starting to think it might be one of his best. Feels like a very slow assault on the senses and I'm here for it

Yeah man, totally agree. It's become one of my faves by him too. Especially love the addition of cymbals and the fact that it is such a complete, well rounded whole. Takes me places.
