micf is great but has always felt kinda wierd in comparison to the albums im generally compelled to from em, plus not all the songs are hits for me the way goddamnit/good mourning/ittc are ive always found thats an album a lot of people i show the band struggle with besides like radio and shit

I like both of them a lot. Surprisingly enough tuck me in is the song I come back to the most. One of the darkest Matt songs. Goddamnit has Enjoy your day, Crimson isn't consistent at all imo, and FHTI has a couple of 'weaker' tracks

i’m a big crimson defender so i think its very consistent up to the last two songs and nah there’s nowhere infirmary really dips for me plus its arguably dans best album ever

I always keep forgetting the back half of Crimson exists. That might not necessarily be a fault of the music, but it's not a good sign. I don't know why but Crawl and Another Innocent Girl never did much for me, even though everyone calls them some of his best. Maybe they'll grow on me

I remember really liking Back to Hell, but I'll check the others again right now.
Even though it's very repetitive, Take lots with alcohol is probably one of my favorite Dan songs. Just to be sure I still like the other Dan songs on FHTI quite a bit, they're just not some of my all time favorites. It might be the language barrier, but I never fully got Another Innocent Girls lyrics
