Exactly. These songs aren't anything new for the band, but they riff hard and get the blood pumping so it's all good. I wasn't thinking they'd release anything this year so I'll gladly take a few short, typically great Converge tracks

They set the tone pretty alrightish. After all they're throwaway cuts from Dusk so it makes sense it wouldn't be as good.

Well, I’m in a weird position now, because I thought Dusk was pretty much garbage, but I sort of think they might have some future potential based on this EP? Guess I’m just intent on alienating Converge fanboys and haters of their recent stuff.
