I can see the logic for it being a 10 in terms of expectations. There's nothing I'd change about this album, in that sense it's perfect. But it's no where near my favorite.

I was close to 4.5ing this tbh, but yeah it mostly was because of my low expectations. I can also see the whole "having fun" argument because they really do sound like theyre having a blast at no one's expense which is rare for Kanye
