that avg though lol

I, like most Sputnik users, still can't believe this album exists. Of course the average will be messed up. This is the most random release I've seen this year.

These dudes still around??!? Bad habits die hard...
|
| |
2005 hasn't died yet my bro.
|
| |
friendly reminder these guys are labelmates with Summoning, Satyricon, Ahab, Moonspell, and Candlemass now
|
| |
I'm a Hooba fan.
Fuck this album.
|
| |
Damn had no idea they were still around. I saw them open up for Incubus on the Morning View tour lol.
|
| |
It's funny that these guys followed their best album with this pile of shit.
|
| |
Still eludes me that they released this trash as a follow up to their best record.
|
| |
also blows my mind that this site is fucking buggy as hell and this happened

Holy moly I was reminded today about Hoobastank's existence, and had no idea they released a CD in 2018. I wish I never knew.

hoobaskank
seriously though, i dont really get the hatred for this one. it's just bland, trend-following radio rock

I still occasionally pick up s/t, The Reason and Every Man For Himself There are so many great songs on there I just could not forget. just a matter of skipping that stupid The Reason song.
For over ten years I never said I was a fan of hoobastank but I did listen to them consistently. I think they're a very good band. I'm going to have to give this record a listen.

"Cee-Lo Green covering Walk"
Just the mental images alone are killing me, lol
|
| |
Here's the mashup project we all need: Booba and Hoobastank
Boobastank
|
| |
I'm just imagining Cee-Lo yelling "WALK ON HOME, BOY" as he charges at the other person with his pudgy frame. I'd pay to see that
|
| |
@Sunny: Absolutely! Not to mention, an album that combines French hip-hop with post-grunge would at least be... well, different I guess
