Album feels more like a collection of great tracks than a record. Then the closer hits like a truck from limbo completely out of nowhere and It's a happy end. Also Sickly Heart of Sand slays

I saw them last winter and still don't know what they played, but it was fuckin dope lol. Was just Chip and Lee with minimal electronics. And they were a fucking WALL.

yeah last time I saw them was after the release of their previous album. they played all old stuff and one or two things that I had absolutely no clue what they were. even setlist.fm says (unknown) and (Unknown) (Improvised Noise?) haha. also, before the show chip kept telling the sound guy to turn his mic down to something like “so low you can barely hear it and then turn it lower” and despite chip’s mic basically being off you could still hear his vocals over the extreme amount of noise. pretty impressive
