It's a debut, Art, and Deafheaven production just to stay in the genre is comparable. I think I prefer this cleaner sort of production when compared to, e.g. sunbather



Vox are what they are, but tbf I think this guy is one of the best all around and live he abso fucking lutely delivers

Been two years, I think they are on a new album cycle these days if I recall correctly.



You might like Show Me A Dinosaur if you like this, some good blackgaze stuff from them as well, and they're also on a recording process (hopefully gonna be done this year).

As much as I enjoy this album, it feels a bit over-produced. A little more headroom and warmer timbre would have gone a long way with this one.

This style tends to end up that clean kind of way. Deadwood occupies the other side of the spectrum with a bit more grit to their sound in comparison.
