Iβd start with their first album Swoon but I think most people will tell you Steve McQueen. Both would be a great start!

I'm with Animals, chronological order can't do you wrong. Their debut is fantastic, though surprisingly experimental. Steve McQueen and From Langely Park are their most accessible records and they're flawless slices of pop songwriting.
