being able to write good hooks helps.

I agree with the overall sentiment of the review. Just when I think I like a song an element is introduced that makes me cringe. Then when I'm about to get bored and give up on the album, something else happens that pulls me back in. Lots of commercial appeal, and I wouldn't mind hearing it on the radio.
