No way these guys should sound this good without putting something out in 13 years. This exact line up in 18 years. Just a cut below Deliverance and Wiseblood but a really worthy addition to their catalog and already an album of the year candidate for me.

the average rating for this is criminally low. probably my favorite record of the year so far, although Firepower and Down Below are close. it's amazing how consistent the record is considering it's length and the abundance of high points.

This started to grow off a bit but it's still a great album, specially a great comeback for Keenan. No one can really do the stuff he does like him, that's for sure.

I like this album although it does have some of that Deliverance/Wiseblood feel to it just not as great as those 2 albums. On the other hand I will say their queen cover is very good and kind of made it their own thing on top of that.

The singles didn't give me enough hope to check this when it came out but damn the second half of this is vintage CoC, it's like they never aged

god i love this album, COC can do no wrong. it's not as good as Deliverance, Blind or Wiseblood but it's still an incredible record. will definitely make my top 50 of the decade m/
