All I did was point out the flaws in the review, for people who want to know right from wrong in the metal world................

/insert wannabe black metal shriek voice

just chiming in to comment on this:

"The next track is And When He Falleth, which has a great piano opening. The song then picks up into a steady drum beat and beautiful female singing, before going into a chugging guitar riff and deep, brutal death growls. The song has a breakdown near the middle win which soft guitar strums are played anc characters of the song?s story speak to each other. The song doesn?t have the most even flow, but has a great feel to it and is overall one of the better tracks of the album, and the heaviest vocally."

This is false, the breakdown in the middle has nothing to do with the characters of the song's story speaking to each other. Those are samples from the classic Vincent Price film The Masque of Red Death. I'm kind of surprised that someone wouldn't recognize Vincent Price's voice, especially someone interested in heavy metal.

I haven't listened to this in at least a year and I forgot how fucking good this is. This album puts Draconian and similar bands to shame.

Still unique. -0.5 for the 'growls'.

This is one excellent album. Gotta love the dialogue in And When He Falleth.

This album holds dear memories for me. Probably the third or forth non mainstream metal album I ever got

This album is art set to music and paints beautiful gothic imagery in your head. It may sound weird, but I remember falling asleep to this album back in my old dorm room. Absolutely a beautiful album!

A cornerstone of atmospheric music. The perfect soundtrack for cold winter days/nights.

I mean it's not bad but it's too soft. Definitely not on MDB's level.
